2003- 2008- expert of Lithuanian Research Council

2002- 2003- expert of European Committee to Lithuania’s Government (a main body for Lithuanian- EU membership negotiations)

2007- 2010- member of Lithuanian Science Awards Commission

2008- 2013- member of Lithuanian Research Council

2008- 2013- member of Standing Committee for the Social Sciences of European Science Foundation

Comparative politics, public policy, political parties and electoral studies, qualitative and quantitative research methods in social sciences.
